How to request spare parts
To receive a quotation quickly, please follow the guidelines below.
Variant A: You know the Part Numbers
This is the fastest way. Send us:
- Part Number (e.g. 12345678)
- Quantity
- Brand (e.g. Liebherr, Volvo)
We will check availability and price immediately.
Variant B: You don't have Part Numbers
If you don't know the part number, we can help if you provide:
- Machine Make & Model
- Serial Number (PIN) - 17 digits usually
- Photo of the ID plate (Highly recommended)
- Description or photo of the part required
Drawings vs Part Numbers
Sending a page from the catalog is helpful, but please mark exactly which item you need.
